Carrot Cake

In the morning I made carrot cake, because otherwise the Easter bunny would be disappointed, and then began cooking Easter dinner.

I cooked a ham and so after we had eaten, Kent and I cut the ham and packaged it in small amounts and put it in the freezer.

I took some of our ham and carrot cake over to the Keeter’s and visited with them for a bit.

Kent and I commented on the fact that we no longer had Runyon next door to make a dinner plate of food for. :(
