Easter

With Cathy suffering from “the Dreadful Cold” the task of making this year’s Simnel Cake fell to me. The cake itself looks promising, though the decoration could be improved if I do it again next year. It’s just as well that Judas had left at this point, as there just isn’t room for him on top of the cake - along with the other 11 supersized apostles. Still I’m sure that it will taste good …
