Tankerskey Day 2

An early start as I was due to help at download.  Two errors made a difference on tricky terrain composed of bell pits (an old form.of mining) knolls and ridges. The extra publicity gives a flavour of the area. I ended up 11 th today.

The main is my view from the busy download tent. Maps had to be collected before the competitors downloaded to check they had visited all the controls on their course in the correct order. The hard part was telling the few who mis punched or did not visit a control on their course. The young lady on the left is wearing one of the tops produced for the event.
