The Boat Ghosts

Caol Beach was busy around the boat tonight. Normally if you take a photo with a long exposure (20-25 seconds) the figures move around sufficiently so as not to impinge on the image at all. Here they must have remained relatively static, taking their own photos, or reviewing images on their phone. With a bit of effort they could be edited out but I am happy enough just leaving their shadowy shapes in place. I couldn't have done this if I had tried.
Earlier I was helping Mrs SJR with changeover cleaning at the croft cottage she runs. Some of my dusting didn't get a pass mark and I missed a cobweb. She got a very good review from the folk who had just left, paricularly mentioning how clean they found everything.
