Easter Egg Haul
Our garden is so overgrown that it actually took them quite a while to find all the goodies - these are the typical Portuguese (Brazilian ones are the same) eggs - big chocolate shells, with some sort of surprise inside.
Other than that, they joined in with our normal Sunday:
- croissant and grapefruit (still a few on our tree) breakfast
- walk to church round the castle
- walk down to the Adega Velha for wine, bread, and cheese
- walk home
- naps, then cups of tea
- walk round Monsaraz
- pick up Bengt
- dinner at Sem Fim, with chocolate mousse for the kids
Grateful for all this,
- but especially for our God who loved us enough to die for us, and then to rise again to continue loving us (though I admit to not understanding it all).
Wishing all my Blip friends a blessed and good Easter time - the next fifty days in the Catholic church.
