Hatfield House

A lovely day today. Great weather and an outing to see Mr H off on his week long badminton camp then off to meet Rita and John at Hatfield House for a long chat and a catch up.

We spent too long eating and chatting and we didn't get to look around the house. So we'll have to go again another day.

This was a view through the arch from the stables and courtyard to the old palace built around 1480. There's loads of history about it here. It's where I took this blip.

I thought it had a bit of a fairy tale look about it so I would give it a bit of a story book treatment.
