Fair weather kitty...

Being Easter, I headed over to the excellent bakery to pick up my mom's two favorite things - not sure which one she would be in the mood for, and headed over to see her. It started out well as when she saw me she told me I needed a haircut and.. She ended up wanting the bear claw - and ate the whole thing along with most of her regular breakfast. Her hearing was very challenged today. Everything on the television scared her. She slept half the time I was there. I had to calm her down multiple times. Still she said she was grateful I stopped by and told me a blueberry raspberry danish sounds perfect for next week.

I also wanted to take Tiger for a walk today. It wasn't raining when we started but soon it became a downpour. Tiger gave me a "look to kill" and tried to get into my jacket to get out of the rain. (nothing like the smell of wet cat too). Anyhow, wanting to stay out longer, while parked, I let Tiger roam the car where this shot was taken. We watched the world go by for another 15 minutes before Tiger headed back into his carrier.

All in all, a good Easter
