UM , a little help here?

While Easter dinner was in its last half hour of cooking (brisket) I decided to check out who was at the feeder. This was a surprise. I rescued him once - the metal hangers are bent due to a prior episode with a bear  so  the green cap doesn't willingly slide up . Our little friend got in through an area at the top that an ambitious squirrel chewed out , but then he  couldn't figure out how to get out. The amazing thing was less than ten minutes later he needed to be rescued again . I guess when you find a good restaurant.......
