Seaside Fun

An afternoon spent at Llandudno today reminded me of what splendour these seaside resorts must have displayed when in their pomp a century or so ago. They are now mostly reduced to the cheap and tacky although the scenery remains particularly attractive.

Here Isaiah enjoys a rather cheap thrill: 2 pound 50 for about 120 seconds on a ride that takes him 12 feet in the air and doesn't even offer him a view of the sea. It is of course possible that things have changed less than I suppose.
