Abandoned

I went to D.C. area to deposit a check that was too big to do via mobile deposit. I also have no bank branches anywhere near me, so I had go get up early to go to the city on a Saturday. I did some shopping there as well.

This is at a plaza with a Trader Joe's. As I was putting cold groceries in the cooler in my car, someone put this cart on the island behind me. They did it quietly because I didn't know it was there until I closed my door and turned around. Trader Joe's is far in the distance. How inconsiderate of this person to leave the cart there.
