Digging

A funny old day. Lots of it spent managing my anxiety about Sam being off on his first solo adventure in the Cairngorms. Hopefully he has reached his first stop for the night and is warm. 

Apart from that a couple of productive hours at the allotment, digging and strimming and now home cooking dinner (Dahl) before yoga. I am really starting to like this not being at work thing.
