Sauna and sun

There were plenty of other things going on too, but the lovely walk in the sunshine, through the woods to Aberfoyle and back, and the on-site sauna later were the highlights.

Perfect if I could've turned up the nighttime temperature by a few degrees!

Gruesome gnome in the extras - there are tales of a fairy hill just outside the village that some folk seem slightly too keen on.

PS I nearly forgot to mention my fabulous chocolate Easter Egg made by H.

Today we heard (using a birdcall app to identify them) Great Tit, Blackbird, chaffinch, Blue Tit, Mistle Thrush, Long-tailed Tit, Robin, Wren, Blackcap and Nut Hatch. Not to mention the owls at night!
