Yoga for cats

Henry kept us entertained like this for a while this morning. He is something of a contortionist as well. Never a dull moment with that cat.

Mostly garden stuff today. All looking very nice out there. Promised thunderstorms did not arrive although there was one short sharp shock of rain later in the afternoon.

Finished reading "Tokyo Express" by Seicho Matsumoto today. Remarkable book. Reminded me of Murakami who wrote IQ84. Japanese fiction is quite beguiling.

Long chat with Big Brother tonight, which I really enjoyed. He is doing okay.

Pope Francis died today, the day after meeting JD Vance. Just saying. You know, like the Queen died just after meeting Liz Truss. Conspiracy theorist, moi?
