(111) Monday Blues

Some people may be back at work today but I'm out on my bike under blue skies and sunshine this morning. In the afternoon I went to the sports centre for a swim but had to fork out twenty five quid for new swimming goggles because I can't find my old ones. I've either left them in a changing cubicle or they'll turn up at home at some point but, either way, I can't swim without goggles so new ones it has to be. In the evening I went back to the sports centre for 'leg day' at the gym. By now I reckon I've just about burned off the lasagne and lemon cake excess from yesterday.
