Intrepid

It was an absolute scorcher today!

The morning started with breakfast at a diner near our hotel, and looked at the 9/11 memorial garden and pools, then we headed uptown via Canal Street which yesterday's bus tour advised us was the best spot for bargain souvenirs. CyclopsJnr got a keyring and a baseball.

We then spent the remainder of the day at the Intrepid Museum, a WWII vintage aircraft carrier. Plenty to see!

Then CyclopsJnr and cyclops headed back to the hotel for pizza slices, and MrsCyclops went to the theatre.
