Big grocery shop today Tesco and Lidl then dog walk , after that a quiet afternoon watching Bargain Hunt, (turned off the news) then put groceries away those I had not already put in the fridge and freezer when we got home, The afternoon just flew by, 

It was a nice afternoon too then we had a really heavy downpour lasted about 15 minutes then sunshine again

Hospital appointment for Paula tomorrow at 9.30am so booked the taxi for 8.30am I think it's just a check up.
