Walked into St Helens  this morning for a look around, called at the World of Glass on the way back to the car.
An art installation that Johnny Vegas has described as "a love letter to St Helens" has gone on display in the World of Glass. The steel structure - which houses a collection on tiles is the culmination of a five-year documentary surrounding the Thatto Heath-born star's involvement in a community public art project.
It has involved producing a series of tiles - some ceramic and others of mixed media - which include messages about his life in St Helens.
The installation also reflects his deep affection for his hometown.
