Peony bud with ant

We have had a complete messing around day.
We heard the main A14 road north of Cambridge was closed and we wanted to get BILs shopping and our Covid booster. I looked up the pharmacies who were doing walk in appointments and found one west of town. Ok so far we went to Royston supermarket did his shopping and onto the pharmacy. The vaccine has not arrived so we went and had a hot chocolate and cheese scone back we went. I got out of the car tripped and knocked a lump of skin off my thumb. We went in and they washed my wound and put a plaster on it then said the vaccine still was not in. Home we went for lunch and new plaster on my thumb.
After lunch we took BIL his shopping then off we went to get our jab. By the time we got home it was after 4 a pretty much wasted day
Took the camera out to get a picture noticed the ants on the peony buds and got a picture and I heard a plane and this I think Mustang gave us a fly by 
rain over night and this morning cloudy rest of the day
