St. George's Day ?

Well it was when I did this Blip - but then I read the Church of England have moved it this year to Monday 28th April.  
The reason given is "When St George's Day falls between Palm Sunday and the Second Sunday of Easter inclusive, it is transferred to the Monday after the Second Sunday of Easter".
I don't understand it either ......... :-(
