Art Therapy

Had my Art Therapy class at the Hospice today.

We were able to choose a prompt card to start off from (my 'fear of the blank page') it helped.

I chose this one with the long exposure softness of water and the dull overcast mountain.

Nice to look at various random other folks' photos made into prompt cards.

Trying watercolour pencils.

Café treat after.

Wee walk along side of the water whilst waiting for the bus home. The bus stop side is cold shade so sitting in the sun on the farside riverside watching the world go by.
