Lucky 7

Thanks to various blippers and my brother for identifying yesterday's Silver Y moth. Apparently there has been a big influx of them here in the South over the last week or so.

I saw a very solitary 7-spot ladybird on a thistle this morning bringing my ladybird tally for the summer to a rather unimpressive two. Maybe there'll be an influx of these too some time soon...
