Book Club

What a gorgeous afternoon for our book club! We’ve been reading The Women by Kristin Hannah, mainly because one of our group was journeying to Vietnam. I won’t say what we thought just yet, as I know that at least one blipper is currently reading the book!

Anyhoo, we gathered and had Prosecco and cake and a lovely congenial afternoon. The husband of our hostess came home from work in the midst of our jollity and we thanked him most sincerely for supporting our pension funds.

I do love retirement.
