Child slavery or bribery?

Freya and I are trialling a help-about-the-house-for-pocket-money scheme. We got the idea from the family we were visiting at the weekend.

So here's my offering - and Freya was delighted...

Classic timing for this - the day following Freya's enthusiasm for our own pocket money chart, The Guardian carried a piece on whether girls were paid less than boys for household chores, and a discussion followed about the ethics of tying pocket money to helping in the house :-)
