Pidge

It had a very sore, swollen and probably broken knee. I'm told my daughter #1 that they need to jump into the air in order to fly, and this one couldn't. So after placing it in a per carrier, naming it "Pidge"!!?! and feeding it a small fortune in seeds for a few days (it was very underweight) its knee was much better.

It stayed a while in the garden after released but eventually flew away.

Looking closely at this shot, I think it was a bit nervous.
