New rug arrived yesterday… we are really pleased with it.

Have cut and pasted potential occasional chair for the bay

Paint colours demo shown on right.

Doesn’t look like have done much but behind camera have cut n filled quite a few cracks/ cut out and filled caulk under the picture rail / skirting… getting there!
