Full of leaves

The explosion of leaves after just a few weeks surprises me every year. How the trees here go from bare to flowering to bursting with green in such a short time is amazing.

Jill left this morning for Connecticut with some students for a choir retreat. None of the amusement parks there are open yet, which is a shame because she wanted to try to take an extra day to visit one. She'll be back late tomorrow.
