Interesting afternoon, I had an email from reception saying they’d had a very large box of eggs delivered and the name on the box could potentially be a misspelling of one of my consultants.

It turned out that yes, this was the case. A very grateful patient who happens to be a farmer had sent these as a thank you. Eggs for everyone!

Just in case I am ever asked how many eggs I could carry in one go I now have an answer - 240 eggs up 3 floors was just about doable.
