Soggy doggies!

Soggy from swimming rather than the rain thankfully!
Been a bit changeable today to put it mildly; dog walk done in the dry and our run too.....unfortunately the walk back to the car after running coincided with a real downpour. It was only 5 minutes but we were drenched! If it had happened at the start or even during the run I don't think we would have carried on but that's another one under our belts. I'm almost scared to say it but I think we've maybe hit our stride a bit; it did seem easier today :-)
Some admin stuff conquered. Relaxing day otherwise and a nice wee visit from my sis; it's lovely having her here.
