the thatchers are progressing and have almost finished with the ridge this side..... we've been waiting for a pavement license for the scaffolding that is needed in the front, which has just been received.  I was surprised to discover that they use hedge trimmers to refresh the thatch, the only piece of modern technology they use.  It speeds the process up somewhat, rather than the sagging shears, the traditional tool. Just need he new netting now. See extras
