Summer Tea

This summer in Japan is just heat, heat, heat! The highest temperature in Kobe is more than 35C these days and it's still hot even at night. Today, 41C was recorded in Kochi, Shikoku Island.

Green-mint tea is good for refreshing. It's easy to make, please try. Here is the recipe.

3 tea spoons of green tea leaves
1 tea spoon of dry mint tea leaves
1.2 Liter of mineral water

Prepare about 1.2 liter tea server (or pitcher) with strainer or a empty tea bag. Put both green and mint tea leaves in the strainer/bag, and pour water. Put the server in the fridge for about 6 hours and take the leaves out.

The light green colour and mint taste is so nice in the hot weather!
