Butter

With thanks to blipper Mima for inspiring me, I’ve made some butter.

My intention was to use the cream from the top of the milk churn but it wasn’t very creamy this week. I nearly gave up but there was a large carton of cream on the reduced counter at Morrisons so used that instead. Super quick and easy to make. I’ve stayed plain for my first attempt but looking forward to experimenting with some herb flavourings another day.
