A Tiny Garden in NE Wales

By aTinyGarden

Apple blossom sun

It's been a glorious day albeit with a keen wind. Cons - a tad cold out of the sun, pros - got the washing dry. A little tidying of the garden today, mainly bringing out the Aeoniums from where hey overwinter, to a table we have on the front porch. Mine are a ruby wine red during their time outside in Spring and summer, but turn back green when they overwinter. One side has started to turn and turned the plants today to catch the other sides. Lots of baby rosettes already.

Practising songs for a concert in May for a new choir I joined last September. Plus competition pieces for Lleisiau'r Afon choir. We are competing at the Llangollen International Eisteddfod this July and in August we will be competing in the National Eisteddfod which this year is being held in Wrexham. So very local. These pieces are in Welsh and need to learnt off copy. Bricking it, one piece has one phrase that keeps my brain addled. Oh well.

Have a lovely evening everyone. Nos da!
