Mashed butter beans and tahini

On toast with poached eggs.

Did quite a bit of cooking today. Firecracker tofu rice. Biscoff sticky toffee pudding. 

Got a few things done but felt curiously indolent.

 Tomorrow I will throw myself into the gardening and get some fresh air. And Friday night is date night.
