Our dear friends Helen and John upped sticks and moved from Nottingham to North Cornwall. We met up with them today to see the old farmhouse they have bought. It's a massive project and has so much potential. Helen is an interior designer and John is a joinery workshop manager so they are doing most of it themselves and it's going to be absolutely beautiful. It was so lovely to see them. 

After the grand tour we had a lovely walk across the valley to their local pub for a few drinks then got pizzas from their local mobile horsebox woodfired pizza oven which is owned by a Jamie Oliver fifteen cohort 6 member. The pizzas were awesome. 

We spent the morning at Widemouth bay for Mike to have a surf. Flora went wild on the beach! Nell did a lot of shouting!
