Turkey Feather

We've got a fair number of these strewn about. The constant gobbling and strutting up and down has all become a bit silly. The pair of ducks that comes around every spring are back as well, which is nice. White throated sparrows appeared today as well, and a big egret has been striding around in the marsh looking very conspicuous. I should probably mention the winter wren calling in the woods again as well. The sound scape around the house in the morning has been very satisfying.
