Chim Chim Cher-ee

Last time I lit the wood burner I noticed it wasn't drawing very well. Then I noticed a stink in the house. Then we had a small plague of Bluebottles.
So today I opened the inspection hatch and had a look. I found 2 dead pigeons and a bucketful of soot. At least the pigeons cleaned the chimney. But we never heard a thing. No fluttering or dying pigeon noises.
