parkrun

MrsT and I did the early morning dog walk before I headed to the University of Stirling parkrun.

It was a lovely (but surprisingly hilly) 2 lap course round the campus loch. Lovely volunteers and very picturesque.

This evening I’m taking L and friend T to a 2 hour session at Ryze.
