The last Telephone Box in Nantgarw ?

49 years ago I started work a an apprentice telephone engineer. At one time I was working on the repair of telephone kiosks.

Strange to think that almost 49 years later the telephone box has all but disappeared - killed off by the mobile phone.

I spotted this poor wrecked one outside the local curry shop in Nantgarw.

It only goes to show time marches on and changes keep on happening. 7 working days left.
