Montana

We have a couple of very pale pink clematis Montana which are very vigorous but just this one darker pink one which grows up against a wall away at the end of the garden. The wall is north facing but that doesn’t seem to worry this little clematis.
This morning I pulled up a chair close to a raised flower bed and managed a bit of weeding. Good to get my hands dirty! I had to give them a good scrub because later I picked up my cross stitch again.
