Wildflower week 3

Goodness how times flies. I thought I’d better find a wild flower for week 3 of the challenge Miranda hosts. Thanks Miranda!

Red Valerian (centranthus ruber) very common around these parts. This one was fortuitously located alongside the railway platform on my way into town today. Firstly for a cut and colour at the hairdresser and then into Sainsbury’s for a few bits and pieces.

I’ve put it through the Photoroom app and blurred the background to make the location look slightly less scruffy!

A couple of hours in the garden this afternoon before catching up with Nicoiseannie. As per usual we found lots to chat about and now I really must go and get some dinner.
