An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

T Rex arrived in Essex yesterday in style. He travelled by road, in the very good company of Tina and her husband.

I am dedicating my picture today to everyone who has not been diagnosed with cancer.

Too often we know that we are out of sorts but do nothing.

Too often we fail to undertake the checks which we know that we should.

Too often we neglect ourselves or take as gospel the advice of others.


A wise friend recently reminded me of a valuable piece of advice that I have been told before. It was also given by his father to him. It was being passed on to his daughters and to fellow blippers.

That advice was that "If your health is not improving a few weeks after the first diagnosis, get a second opinion. Do not wait too long."


My message today; Do not ignore your health and do not ignore that 'gut feeling' you have.



"This a project to get people together and create cancer awareness through photography.

The T-Rex Planet Tour Cancer Awareness is going to work like this:

One person keeps the T-Rex for a week and take photos portraying the T-Rex however she/ he feels like, be creative, have fun.

Dedicate the photos to whoever you feel like, post them here and in the social media of your choice, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, just make sure tag your photos #t_rex_planet_tour_cancer_awareness

When the person finishes with the 7th or more photos she/ he will send the T-Rex to another person in any place in this planet, and that other person will send to another one and so on...

The project started in Los Angeles, March 9th, and from there the T-Rex is going to Philadelphia, Brazil, England and other places.
