Arts Journal Project

This morning I attended the induction meeting for the Art Journal Project that I am delighted to have been given a place on. It's a six-month fully funded art and well being programme. All participants, around 25 individuals from right across the region, were presented with a box of art materials, so we all have the same equipment and nobody is disadvantaged. We will meet up online and in person over the weeks and will be taught a variety of techniques of drawing, painting, sculpting etc and at the same time work on our journal.
I'm really looking forward to learning new things and getting to know lots of new like minded people.
