Leopard plant and the hoverfly

Today's the day ......................... to ignore the weeds

I'm staying with brother Ron and Margaret for a few days and they have the most fantastic garden full of the most wonderful plants. It is quite a large garden though and because there are lots of things that they like doing with their time - there are not enough hours in the day to keep it completely weed free.

They tend to look at it and see what needs to be done - I look at it and see all the miracles of nature going on. Like this Lingularia dentata with its perfectly matching hoverfly.

Who would want a weed-free garden anyway. ...........................?
