€6.99 well spent

I must admit to doing a double take yesterday when the chemist candidly announced the rip-off Ireland price of €6.99 for foam ear plugs (three pairs, but still...) 
But after sharing a room with Paul-Rattle-and-Snort-Creevy, I must admit that this was the best money I spent in a while! 
He is apparently on a wait list for a sleep apnea study.
Paul, I'll save you a long, unnecessary wait: you do suffer from sleep apnea.
