Fungus

Another day in the garden.  

W did some mowing, some strimming, some turning of compost, and then finished building the frame for the brassica bed, so we can hang netting to protect them from the pesky cabbage white butterflies.

I feel quite lazy in comparison, but I did do some weeding.  And I did some fluting. 

This fungus is growing in profusion in the strawberry and rhubarb bed, presumably a side effect of the straw we added last autumn as protection.
