Downtown Funchal

Backblip

We had a great day exploring the center of Funchal, admiring the streets and houses and plants and lively culture all around. 
As a souvenir, I bought a small plate from my favourite Portuguese ceramics, Bordallo Pinheiro (even though I actually rather wanted the fun cat-pitcher, see extra photo), and a lovely black cat made an appearance at our hotel veranda.
Dinner at restaurant Favilla, great food and service.
