Back on the bike

First day back on the bike after my back lurgy/ Work chair still seems to be giving it a few issues but on the whole I seem to be past the worst. Think I need to start doing some back strengthening exercises

Anyway the lay hasn't done me too much harm as I done a fast run into today with a good time on the river segment even though I had to slow to a near halt to pass the dumb lab with a tree in it's mouth!!

Good run home thought it was a tad breezy.

Still shooting quite a bit with the GRD, feeling the love for that wee camera just now.
