Rhubarb in Bud

Very knobbly. I'd spotted the buds earlier this week and had asked Len to chop them off to encourage growth of the stalks. He forgot of course so I took some secateurs out into the garden and did the deed.

Took my camera out too and took some photos of the beautiful Bramley Apple blossom. With luck, we may actually have some apples this year.

Spent a pleasant while sitting by the pond. At last, t-shirt weather.
