Surfs up
Made my wild garlic and pine nut pesto with a few packs frozen and had time to make roasted red pepper and walnut dip (added some spice and chilli seeds so that could be fun to eat!) great to discover it also can be frozen well.
Popped to the pub briefly after a day in the garden and saw this table top which is mainly used by the kitchen staff when they take a break outside. Looks like the varnish couldn’t cope with the warmer weather.
