Project Complete?

This is one of a number of construction projects that I am involved with. We are nearing completion and as the deadline looms the site gets busier and busier, then all of a sudden at 9.30am, everyone stops for a cup of tea and a sandwich and its deserted for 15 minutes. Strange to think that half an hour before we had over 250 people working like mad. They soon resumed fully refreshed.
